If you would like to personalize it with a name or anything of that nature, please select "YES PLEASE" in drop down. If you choose for personalizing, please indicate that in the first personalization spot. Personalization will only be applied if you select the yes option.
 
Please indicate the design desired in the second personalization field.

If you have a custom design in mind, please message me and we can discuss the options. I will not send you the proofs until they are paid for. When I send you proofs, they will come watermarked for my protection. After proofs are paid for, up to three changes can be made at no cost.
